These terms apply to every order placed on this store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our shipping policy, returns and refunds policy, 1-year limited warranty and privacy policy.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by Wexford Clean, 165 Lincoln St W, Thorsby, AL 35171, United States (“Wexford Clean”, “we”, “us”).
2. What we sell: open box, never used
We sell the Dyson Clean+Wash Hygiene wet cleaner, model 494490-01 (US), as open box — never used. The box has been opened, but the machine has never been used. It comes complete with everything listed under In the box on the product page, in its original Dyson box. Specifications on the product page are the manufacturer’s published figures for the model. 3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD ($) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout. If the machine is priced in error or becomes unavailable after you order, we contact you and offer a full refund; we never charge a different price without asking first.
4. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United States and Canada only.
5. Orders we may decline
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order appears fraudulent, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If payment has been taken, we refund it in full.
6. Safe use
The machine is a cordless, battery-powered appliance for sealed hard floors. Read the Dyson operating manual before first use, charge it only with the dock and charger supplied, do not modify it, and do not use it with a damaged charger or cable.
7. Warranty
Every machine is covered by our 1-year limited warranty, provided by Wexford Clean. Dyson’s own manufacturer warranty may not apply to an open-box unit sold by an independent retailer. Our warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
